1. PullSim is unofficial. It is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures or GAME FREAK.
2. All card names, card images, characters, logos and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. PullSim uses them only for information and entertainment.
3. PullSim is not gambling. It does not sell, trade, purchase or physically open products, and simulated cards cannot be exchanged for money, merchandise or any real-world item.
4. Pull rates come from publicly available third-party sample studies. They are not official manufacturer odds and cannot guarantee that a physical pack, box, case, region or print run will match the simulation.
5. Single-card probabilities are estimates calculated as a tier rate divided by the number of cards in its modeled pool. Poké Ball Foil and Master Ball Foil single-card estimates are conservative because their patterns are modeled over the official-set pool; see How We Calculate.
6. Every sample is finite. Confidence intervals and source sample sizes are displayed on the individual series pages so visitors can judge the uncertainty around each estimate.
7. PullSim provides no paid service, subscription, purchase option or premium outcome.
8. TCGdex supplies third-party card data and image bases. If that service updates, removes or changes its records, the corresponding PullSim pages may change or stop displaying those assets.
